Why is Amazon taking over the North End?! I

Graffiti on USPS mailbox drop off container. Across the street from 28 Hull St in the North End.

North End - North Street was repaved and they have not repainted the stop lines or crosswalks. This is causing safety hazards as cars are not stopping at stop signs or allowing pedestrians to cross. Please repaint the lines.

Obscene traffic downtown. It took me an hour to get one mile. From south station to the north end. At 11pm on a Friday night. No one directing traffic. Absolute chaos. Multiple fire trucks and cops had a hard time getting through. Continuous honking (what about the quality of life for residents listening to it) just Unacceptable all around. What is the city doing about congestion in the city?
