Car alarm has been going on and off all weekend on Wordsworth Street in East Boston

Illegally parked in tow zone at corner of K Street and 7th Street. Same car has parked here off and on for several days. Blocking intersection and making it dangerous for traffic and pedestrians.

116 Lake Shore Rd, Apt 4 Brighton, MA 02135 Craig Peper bought the condo unit at 116 Lake Shore Rd, Apt 4 the end of last year. He hired a work crew to begin remodeling the unit. A few weeks after work began, someone entered the unit in the middle of the night and turned on the pipe to the kitchen sink. At 5:00am the downstairs unit renters reported to emergency manintance at Towne Estates their condo unit, #2 had water gushing in through the kitchen ceiling. When Towne Estates emergency manintance showed up, the water had been turned off and the maintenance asked how long work had been going on upstairs and the tenants told them for a few weeks and manintance said no permits had been pulled for the work. The teneants in unit 2 have extensive damage to their unit they rent and their landlord has no HO insurance. This flood occurred 12/12/26. They have been without a working stove/oven since the flood and their landlord agent harrasses them to vacate with 30 day notices and tries to self-evict them so the landlord can begin repairs to unit 2 on the bottom floor. Meanwhile, Craig Peper's unit above on unit 4 has been fully remodeled and up for sale. He has a bad reputation as he is the owner for Gateway real estate. In my opinion he committed insurance fraud in order to have his remodel paid for. He flips apartments and has been in the news for bad business practices. The teneant below is suffering the consequences and inconveniences he has left her to deal with, a flooded, possibly moldy unit. Craig Peper needs to be investigated for fraud and contracting work that began before 1212/25 without proper permits.

Outdated tow zone/no parking signs still up. Effective dates have been ripped off of the signs. They were for tree maintenance on 3/13 and 3/14. Please remove from both sides of the street along with cones.

Prado fountain someone took the drain covers off

Dogs off leash in Doherty park. Please come out between 7-9 any day of the week. It happens everyday. The park is for kids not dogs.
