Appleton st in the South End. I’m a resident on Appleton st I’m just curious how the hotel at 40 Berkeley st can put yellow plastic cones out to hold the loading zone spot for there deliveries 24 hrs a day. They don’t own that loading zone spot. Hope someone will speak to them. Thank you
