After not plowing any of the street parking spots in Beacon Hill this winter despite the huge amounts of snow, how is it possible that your meter maids are ticketing people after street cleaning on the first week this spring even if we’ve moved our car to allow the street to be cleaned. Multiple residents have received tickets after the Street Cleaning has already happened. Are residents expected to drive around for 3 hours waiting until noon even after the street has been cleaned? As you know, parking is extremely limited in this neighborhood and there are always construction signs that reduces the parking even further. This seems unjust. Kindly respond.

Heath st and fisher ave. Around the rotary. BW&S called to report they need salting in this area due to a hydrant that was damaged and leaked water. The water is now frozen and needs some salting in this area. Requesting assistance with this matter. |

People pumping water out into the streets from their basements . It was freezing last night and the water turned to ice I fell very hard and hurt my hip and shoulder and am very sore this morning I went back out and took pictures this morning as this is not a good way to start my day off limping and sore

Someone after the last heavy storm took a front loader and collected salty snow from the street and dumped it in my yard. I assume it was a contractor for the city. Is that the city of Boston's policy, that they can dump the snow from the streets into my yard beyond the sidewalk? (I have a side question about whether my neighbors are supposed to blow their snow from their driveway onto my bushes -- surely that cannot be what residents are supposed to do?)
