There is a high pitch noise in the street. When I went to investigate, I saw that this piece of the wires between the poles was detached. I don’t know if the two are connected, but with only one half holding this element to the wires, I am concerned for it falling. There are children who live and play right there. MBTA sign is down. I reported this to MBTA 2 weeks ago and still has not been resolved.

A power line and utility pole is in danger of coming down. It moved about 4 to 5 inches. Residence witnessed several trucks being stuck on the lines because they were too low. Location: 1 Rundel Park, Dorchester

The sign for Tileston st is missing on corner of Salem so street has no sign with name on it

The bike lane barriers were destroyed by the city’s plows this past winter and still haven’t been re-installed. It’s JUNE

130 Chandler ST. South End The Post with the handicap sign on it is leaning and very loose. Someone bumped into it. Seems like it could fall over.

"Slow Signal Post" needs ro be replaced entirely. The post is all rusty and missing screw. It moves when is windy and it's about to fall. I'd appreciate it if it gets replaced.
