A sign was pulled out of the ground on Pleasnt and Westmount Ave as part of the work to replace the water lines. Can someone come and put it in the ground please.

Not even a week in and trucks making a left turn knock down pedestrian signs. Maybe a no left turn from Wareham will fix this from happening again.

While sitting in my living room, I noticed this device on a light pole across from my home. It looks like some sort of surveillance camera. Here's a picture. I don't know how long it has been there, but I look out my window every morning and just spot this device. What is this, and what does it do?
