Constituent states this sign was replaced about two years ago. Prior to this the sign only had one arrow pointing towards the commuter rail station. Now the arrow are in both directions taking away at least 3 spots from residents. Not needlessly but a bunch of little plastic vials with little bits of blue drugs (meth or some other drug?) under the play tower. I threw them away before my 1 year old could put them in his mouth. Not as bad as needles but still not good.
