Location: 283–285 Dorchester Ave, Boston, MA Issue: Trash and recycling bins have been left obstructing the public sidewalk since collection on Monday and remain out as of Wednesday. Multiple bins are blocking pedestrian access and narrowing the walkway, creating an inconvenience and possible ADA accessibility issue. A person was also observed standing outside near the bins at the time. Please have the property owner remove and properly store the bins after collection and keep the sidewalk clear.

Playground safety hazard at John F. Kennedy Elementary School at 7 Bolster Street in Jamaica Plain. Equipment is broken, unstable, and not built for accessibility. Kids are getting hurt. Please help fix this unsafe public schools playground equipment.

* The tree has become uprooted and is severely damaging the public sidewalk. Large sections of the sidewalk have heaved upward, creating tripping hazards. * Several elderly family members and young children have already fallen on the raised sidewalk in front of my house. * The curb is being pushed outward into the street, creating a hazard for vehicles and pedestrians. * The tree is dead and unstable. During recent wind storms, large branches have fallen onto my front lawn and onto vehicles parked in front of the house. * Power lines run directly through the tree, increasing the risk of downed lines or electrical hazards during storms. * Young children regularly play in the front yard, and I am extremely concerned about the risk of serious injury from falling branches or the unstable tree itself. This situation presents an immediate and ongoing danger to my family, neighbors, elderly visitors, children, and the general public who use the sidewalk and street daily.
