Church parking lot spot light out public safety

Constituent reports a chronic public safety issue involving mopeds at the specified intersection. Moped operators are consistently disregarding traffic regulations, specifically running red lights and nearly causing collisions with pedestrians and other vehicles. This sign says no stopping any time tow zone. This car is parked directly beneath the sign. A black SUV just pulled up behind trying to turn right into BMC not knowing this car was parked in a no stopping zone. He almost caused an accident when he had to pull out back into the travel lane to go around the illegally parked car and enter into BMC. This is just one of the many MANY times each day that cars illegally stopping here cause incidents for drivers and pedestrians. We need some sort of enforcement or something to curb this. it's all day every day and it's crazy!!!!

Caller states the resident parking sign usually has two arrows going both ways but there is a piece of white tape that has been added that is blocking one of the arrows. Caller does not know if the COB put it there or if the tape was put there by someone else. Fruit vendor out of a white van parks around 3171-3175 Washington st every day except Sundays from 12-6 (weather permiting). Sits right outside residential building and causes unnecessary noise. May not need permit as they are selling uncut fruit, but they should still need a hawkers/peddlers license to set up on a public sidewalk and it is unclear if they have this. Please enforce this ordinance.

Chronic daily issue at the intersection of Columbus Ave and Clarendon St. Individual blocks public passage on the sidewalk with a large sign, chair, and bucket. The individual at times exhibits aggressive behavior and makes rude comments to passersby. Daily hand-to-hand transactions occur here with specific people coming from the direction of 140 Clarendon St, whom the individual appears to know. See attached photo. Please coordinate code enforcement and police investigation at this specific corner.
