    The contractor working on 45 soley st has been putting random cones and placing his permits for an entire block for one dumpster. Tonight the workers were putting up more cones to stop anyone from parking in the two spaces left even though their permit expired on the 21st. Please make sure they only claim enough space for the dumpster. Parking is tight in Charlestown. Many thanks.
