Dangerous Ice Shelf hanging from roof of 6 floor building. This is right outside a red line station on a busy section of sidewalk. This ice is hanging of the building by over a foot, there needs to be a barrier to prevent it. Ice fell and smashed right in front of me. This is recklessly dangerous and unacceptably unsafe for the city, this building needs to have a barrier installed to prevent this dangerous overhang immediately.

Savin Hill Avenue in Dorchester from the Savin Hill MBTA Red Line Station down to the intersection of Savin Hill Avenue and Dorchester Avenue is in total disrepair. Months and months of roadworks in 2024 have left the street haphazardly patched for the entire length. Please have the street replaced properly.

Hi, I cross Commonwealth Ave and the Green Line tracks here twice every day and I am frequently almost hit by cars trying to turn left across the T tracks (traveling east, making a U-turn to go west on Comm Ave). The lights are not synced, so the eastbound cars can have a green light when the westbound has a red light with the crosswalk sign on. The U-turning cars can't see the red light that stops the westbound traffic, and they are often rushing to beat oncoming traffic or the train and don't see the pedestrians. This is a right in front of a BC dorm with lots of foot traffic, and seems like a dangerous crossing. Needle cleanup on red line. There’s two moving around and the train is still in use. Heading to alewife.

Delayed timing of green light at Amory and Columbus for cars trying to enter Dimock St or turn onto Columbus. Then the green light itself is only a couple of secs. Please retime the green/red cycle and the length of green light for cars coming up Amory. We all sat in that line of traffic for over 15 minutes this morning. Thank you.
