I opened a ticket yesterday about the giant snow mound that the city plowers put in front of my garage. No one has come to make this right so I took today off so I could remove it myself. I am throwing it in the street. I have nowhere else to put it and can’t afford for it to freeze and stay like this over the next few days. That red line in the photo indicates how much of my garage is blocked and how I am physically unable to remove our vehicle from the garage until the snow is removed.

Public sidewalk not shoveled. Public sidewalk not salted. Heavily trafficked side walk at Columbia Ave and 93. Accessible path to JKF/UMass Red Line stop. This path never gets shoveled or salted. Unsafe conditions. Not adjacent to private property so it is the city’s responsibility.

MBTA having severe delays. The red line has been unbearably bad lately. Every single day there are severe delays. I’ve taken the MBTA all my life and never seen it like this. Also I just read they received $8 million additional revenues this year.
