Spur bar Space savers are only allowed during snow emergencies . Per previous 311 saying it was ok for construction vehicles .. we have no resident parking in this area and this is not fair to residents . Imagine if every business did this because they’re renovating it would be chaos why is this business allowed to do it for months with no recourse. Someone has placed traffic cones as space savers around the Chinatown neighborhood (specifically on Oak Street and Washington Street) without proper signage or permit.

The spur bar continues illegally blocking residential spots without a permit please remove the space savers as there is no residential parking and there is zero follow up or enforcement from the city. They are not rectifying the issue
