Where's the construction zone? The construction companies just finish work and leave all their stuff like space savers in the street that are still there 4 weeks after a snow storm.

Cant find parking on street at night here because of unpermitted work vehicles taking up multiple spots, people using space savers in May and out of state plates parking over night.
