Asking to please have all of the potholes filled on this block. Crews came out a week ago and only filled the holes that were reported. Title: Repeated Loud Noise / Party Disturbance (Weekly Friday & Saturday Nights) Description: There is recurring loud noise from what appears to be parties in the upstairs unit every Friday and Saturday night. The disturbance is severe and ongoing, and it significantly affects the ability to sleep and rest. The noise includes loud music and heavy impact sounds, as if multiple people are jumping or stomping continuously. This particular manhole cover is a ongoing Public Nuisance to the area of 541, 540 and 556 Columbia Road. Due to the fact this eversource manhole cover is raised from the street, every time a large empty capacity dump truck, Little dump truck, any vehicle that has empty trailers or trailers attached hit this raised eversource manhole cover the noise that radiates has been extremely loud and disturbing. It is constant it is causing extreme Public Health and great diminishment of Quality of Life in the area. There are multiple people who suffer from PTSD, including but not limited to An AMERICAN VETERAN, myself and others. There has been a not parking sign at 4 Wendover street for years before this new building was built at 4 Wendover street. We are requesting that it be put back because the cars are having a very hard time getting through the top of the street when cars park in front of this new building. Parking was not aloud because the street is narrower at this point. I know be I use to live there for years.
