The transition from the street to the sidewalk and the sidewalk to the street are both so uneven that the underside of a car entering the First Church in Roxbury driveway from Dudley street hits the sidewalk twice. It looks like the sidewalk is due to be repaired a few feet away. I hope this issue can be fixed at the same time.

Motor vehicles illegally parked, 2 hr limits. Parked overnight and still parked there @ 10:30 am. Can BTD patrol MH and enforce 2 hr time limits in the area? Shouldn’t have to post on 311 everyday.

I am writing to raise a noise complaint regarding the construction noise for 401 Park Dr. construction. While I understand and respect that construction activities may take place during permitted weekday hours, the noise level over the past two days has been excessive and disruptive (louder than 70dB). In particular, loud construction noise occurring around 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. has significantly impacted my ability to rest. I have experienced poor sleep quality and repeated early awakenings, which have negatively affected my daily functioning. As someone who is generally not sensitive to noise and typically works with windows open (ambulances pass by all the time, and I am totally fine!), I found the level particularly intrusive. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed to ensure that construction activities comply with applicable noise regulations and that appropriate measures are taken to minimize disruption to nearby residents.
