    Rodent infestation in the back of the Fenmore buildings around the dumpster. As i was taking out the trash there were at least a dozen rats crawling over trash bags that were on the ground.

    This vehicle is in a Massachusetts Handi Cap parking space. The owner of the vehicle deflates her tires on purpose so she is able to park in this space for months at a time. She is parked there again and its been over a week. Its a GREY ACURA SUV and the MA LICENSE PLATE IS 5JEX 64 . If someone says something to her she becomes combative ... She is also receiving CITY moving violations on her door. This has become a community problem. This space is located on corner of LIVERPOOL STREET AND 82 SUMNER STREET EAST BOSTON.
