    Multiple dogs off leash in Doherty Park. Recently more and more dog owners are using this as a dog park. The signs indicate No Dogs Allowed in the basket ball court and otherwise dogs must be leashed at all times. I’ve seen up to 5 dogs at a time off leash running around the park. Please enforce leash law. Thank you.
