Illegal Dumping or Disposal

Illegal overnight commercial dumpster servicing has been happening repeatedly before 7am at this location, which is a direct violation of City of Boston PWD Dumpster Regulation 1.4.5, which strictly prohibits dumpster transport, emptying, or servicing between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. This is a severe noise disruption for the neighborhood. The property manager is Alpha Management :(
