Description: Please describe request: [This request has also been called in on 3/19/09 by us and previously by Brigham and Women's Hospital. The street light has been out for months. It appears that there is a problem with its connection to the electric grid. It is connected by a wire to the pole next to it, but the connection does not seem to be working (unless there is another reason for the light to be out).] Where is the light: [Street] Please describe location: [There is a lot of pedestrian traffic on this street from the people who live in the area as well as Brigham and Women's Hospital employees who park down the street at the garage. It is quite dark at night and poses a safety issue. We would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and will check in with you on a regular basis until the light is fixed.
