- Please describe request: [There is a concrete street light in the alley behind the 200 block of West Sprinfield Street (between W Springfield and Mass Ave) that makes driving in and out of the alley very difficult as it sticks out in the right of way between the buildings. It is right at the entrance to the back of the buildings where over 20 cars come through/park daily. It also makes plowing very difficult in teh winter. Would it be possible to have this street light/pole removed altogether? That would be great and really help the residents. Thre are a number of other utility poles off to the side where the street light could be moved if one is even needed. Thanks mark] Where is the light: [Alley] Please describe location: [South End of Boston.
