Description: Mark Jordan calling from NStar. Crew is still at 1010 Mass Ave, been there waiting to get into parking lot for 2 hrs. Advised him that Fred Linehan stated they needed to get into building and Municipal Police waited at door for about 2 hrs. He apologized saying they needed to get into parking lot gate. I contacted Sgt Blackmore(CH security) and was told officer had left and does not have key to parking lot. Advised me to call someone from ISD since their vehicles are parked there. Contacted Comm Good for advice, he suggested that I try on-call. Talked to Glorianna Walker. She subsequently called back to say building inspector have key and will be there in 1/2 hr.
