- UNLEASHED DOGS everywhere on this park, some of those dogs lunge at people and wildlife on Back Bay Fens. This morning a woman was walking her UNLEASHED German Shepherd dog on the park along Park Drive street, and this animal tried to bite me. When I complained about her dog, this woman was verbally abusive. Is there a way to have this park patrolled by police for laws regarding dogs on public places be enforced ? | SR Type: [Inspection] SR Area: [Design & Construction]
