Description: Hello, our neighbors at 36 Sudan Street have placed 6 mattresses, a couch, and several other piece of furniture out on the curb for 3 days now. The sidewalk is blocked. There are also several bags of trash in front of their house not in barrels, which have been torn into by rats/animals.
