What is the nature of the problem: [Caller is reporting that some ice fell off the build ing and broke her windsheild out and thbuilding owner said it not their problem. caller was parked on the east parking lot of the building it is very dangerous for people parking their cars in there. they did not have any warning signs up of falling ice if she was there she could have been killed.]
