Park Maintenance Requests

Description: Hello, I am writing this to complain of a man who brings a pitbull dog to Garvey Park on Neponset Ave. in Dorchester. The dog does not wear a muzzle. I walk to an from work and Garvey Park is on my route. When I encounter this dog I am very frightened. There are also children running around the park. There is also a man who walks two unmuzzled gray pitbulls, usually around the Ashmont and Adams street intersection around 8 am. I would feel more comfortable if these dogs were wearing muzzles.
