Description
I am a resident of the North End and have resided in the area for about five years. I noticed over the past few years that there are more homeless people sleeping (taking shelter) along the Harborwalk, in the softball fields along the Harborwalk, in Christopher Columbus Park, and loitering around businesses along North End's Waterfront. The city of Boston and the Boston Police Department need to do a better job moving them into shelters or away from residential areas as they pose safety concerns to residents. | SR Type: [Inspection] SR Area: [Design & Construction]
