Description: Please describe request: [The street light pole was knocked down. It took several months to get the street light replaced. It's been over 3 months and the new street light is not working and never has since it was installed. I spoke to a N Star and a Public Works employee at the same time about this street light pole. They both stated to me that the street light was not installed correctly by the contractor that put it in. They both said the contractor has to come back and correct the problem. There's nothing they can do about it. Could you contact the contractor that installed it for the city and have them come and correct this problem before the winter months settle in.] Where is the light: [Street] Please describe location: [The street light pole is on Farragut Rd (park side) right at the end of East Sixth Street.] Is the light electric or gas: [Electric] Is the street light pole missing: [No] Are all the other lights on the street working: [Yes]
