- 36 Church Street has mounds of garbage to be picked up each week. Tonight there are approximately 30 garbage bags, broken furniture, and a mattress that awaits tomorrow morning's pick up. There is also trash in back of the house hanging from trees, over the fence, and on the ground. I also believe the occupancy of the house has been exceeded. |
