Poor Conditions of Property

Description: Other | Details: [Behind the church in the wooded area all along their fence there are abandoned trucks, cars, trash, broken windows, christmas trees, mattresses etc. I have written to the church with no response. I've called ISD and I have not seen any improvemetents. There a many rats coming out of this property into the Copley Group dumpsters behind this property. Can all this debris be removed?
