Description: i complain about the construction debris before the owner dwayne white refused to removed the abandon trucks,clean up the construction debris.I'm a Boston Police Officer,the neighbor complain to me about the problems with the property. | Construction debris: [lumbers,concrete debris,trashs,bricks,ladders,plywoods,large dumpster loaded with const.debris,4 large abandon truck unreg no plates.most of the debris along the fence hidden.] Exact location: [in the middle of the yard.along the fence area hidden.observed the dump truck unloading const debris in the yard.]
