Description: Caller states she has been parking at the Aquarium Garage for work. She comes in befor 8:30am and leaves after 4:30pm to get the $15 rate. Over the past few days different types of signs have popped up denying parking to all, but the monthly payers or stating that the lot is full except for monthly passes holders.
