Description: Erika is having a serious issue with housing, as when her home went into foreclosure the bank took it over from her landlord. Since then the Bank has been unresponsive and has not fixed anything in her home. Inspectional Services has been sent out repeatedly but the bank is refusing to fix the deplorable conditions. She is looking to move out and get a new appartment but does not have the funds.
