Trash on Vacant Lot

Description: There is a wooded, vacant lot across from the parking lot between Woodhaven Street and Culbert Street and next to #7 Culbert Street. It is poorly upkept. It has a lot of trash, such as tires, papers, plastic, construction materials, mattresses and dead fallen trees. It was due to their poor upkeeping that a dead tree fell down during Hurricane Sandy and caused power outage for 2 days on the street. This has been an ongoing issue and the property owners never cleans the site. It is always a complete dump, hazard and eye sore. The flithy lot is also bringing down the value of the neighborhood. Please assist us in getting the lot cleaned up and properly maintained. We have been trying to get this lot cleaned up for nearly 35 years, but to no avail. Please assist us. Thank you. |
