- the rear section of this business is stock pile with over a thousand discared tires which forms moud as highest as the building. these tires cover the entire rear area of the business and is now pushing the fencing onto the side walk. My most serious concern is that these tires are breeding grounds for EEE mosquitos who will feed own those enjoying Franklin park this summer | Witnessed incident: [Yes] Case related to commercial waste: [Yes]
