Description: Clr stating construction work taking place down the street but not in his building 5-6 houses after his there is renovation work. He is upset that bags were dumped in front of his property. Asking for CE to inspect the debris to find any evidence of site responsible and to help coordinate assistance from PWD to remove the bags because trash contractors did not take them. He does not want to be fined for this since it is not even his normal trash collection spot. His trash is placed near Alley. Please inspect for removal assistance.
