Description: I rent spot #18 from 96 sutherland Rd. I left friday for a weekend out of town. When i returned sunday I found this huge steel plate in my parking spot. I am assuming that it is related the road work that has been occurring on this location for the past week. I have contact 96 sutherland rd management and they have not authorized the use of private property for this construction. | Construction debris: [1 inch thick steel plate, approx 4' x 5'] Exact location: [Parking Lot, space #18]
