- Please be advised the demolition work at 341-343 Marlborough St., Boston, MA continues to be conducted in violation of City, State and Federal environmental rules: 1. Debris thrown from upper floors on to roofs. 2. No cover on truck bed used as dumpster. 3. No water being available on site for controlling dust or fire while demolition work continues to be performed (new water lines being installed to 341-343 and demolition work continuing without interruption). 4. Some windows not covered with plastic mesh. 5. Outside areas left in a state of disarray. 6. Dust filtering all over neighborhood, on cars, clogging air filters on AC units, seeping into neighbor?s homes. 7. There method of controlling dust and debris is by using a leaf blower!!! |
