Description: What is the nature of the problem: [Caller reports abandoned house (w/ building in front that was torn down) has now become a dumping ground...tv's, mattresses, and other debris. All of the windows have also been taken out. Concerned this could become a "crack house" or be set on fire if nothing is done soon. Requesting city intervention and that it be boarded up or something.]
