- What is the nature of the problem: [According to caller, the Alexander St Footbridge was cut down when they were doing work on the tracks of the purple line a while back. The tracks are now up and running, but nobody went back to fix the footbridge, so there is no way to get from one side of the neighborhood to the other. Kids have now cut holes in the fence to get through and cross the tracks, which is very dangerous. She would like this issue to be addressed before someone gets hurt.]
