- Blocked overnight parking on street with wooden tow zone props in road. Sign on tree says it is in effect 6/20-6/21 from 7am-4pm, meaning we should have been able to park there until the 7am start time. ALSO, sign on tree with Dwight St details was hand written on a piece of paper and affixed with electrical tape to the official tow zone sign.
