- Description
- Is it a traffic or pedestrian signal problem: [Traffic] What is the problem with the traffic signal: [Other] Please explain: [Corner of Queensberry St and Park Dr - IMPORTANT: EAST END of Queensberry St., leading to Agassiz Rd./Fenway. Traffic coming down Queensberry stops at this intersection to wait for the green light ahead, past the inner street. However, the light shift is activated by a sensor which will work only if cars move past the inner street, that is closer to the sensor. There's a sign indicating where to stop, but most drivers don't notice it. As a consequence, the light never changes, backing up traffic behind and leading to a lot of honking and, not rarely, angry drivers who sometimes step out of their cars to yell at the driver holding up traffic, who has no idea what's going on. The noise of both honking cars and fights are quite disturbing at times, and reach many of the residents. Perhaps an overhanging sign would be more visible than the present one?] Is the Pole knocked down: [No] What kind of pole is it: [Vertical Pole]
