- Thank you for your prompt follow up in giving a citation to the illegal dumping of trash that was reported in a previous Mayor's Hotline report. I see outside of 148 Brooks St. a mattress and box spring blocking half of the sidewalk. There is also some loose wood scraps laying on the sidewalk.
