Description: This is an issue with the Boston Common parking garage (I believe owned by the convention center) Caller was having a problem with the Boston Common Parking garage; during a snow emergency he parked his car in the garage. When he left, he was charged full-rate (~$72) by an attendant, despite having a Back Bay Resident sticker, which would allow him to park for $4. He didn't realize and when he returned later (with the receipt), he was told by the attendant that it's too late and nothing can be done.
