- To Mayor Walsh. I am writing this message as this is a concern to myself and my neighbors. As you know we have had a couple of bad snow storms in the past couple of weeks and where we live there is a no parking ban on the street because it is supposed to be a main artery. My neighbors and myself think its very unfair that we cant park in front of our homes because as you can see the snow bounds are standing out more than the cars. That truck is not even parked to the curve. Why have a ban.
