- email to Mayor reports:Mattapan Municiple Parking Lot - River Street MESSAGE:The municiple parking lot where cars are directed to park during a snow emergency has not been cleared of snow enough to pass through and/or park. Multiple businesses are having problems taking deliveries due to the hap-hazard parking of those cars parking there. Multiple spots have not seen a plow in weeks and snow piles are not being pushed back sufficient to allow cars to park and other to get around them when they do park. The postal service drivers are reporting the problem as a safety concern so I am responsible to address the issue with the city.
