REPLY EMAIL:stlwtn4u@mac.com REPLY PHONE:617 782 7563 SUBJECT:dog waste MESSAGE:The home aside me uses the common back deck as a toilet for her dog, When it is completly covered and the rain has not washed it away for her she shovels it over the railings to seep into the ground whenever that may be. This is a serious health issue, especially for me. The warm weather brings bugs, flies and at times rodents to this area of filth. I contacted animal control because I do not think her dog is even licensed. Many calls to the landlord went unanswered. Occasionally there would be slight improvement but never a cure. I should not have to live a yard being used as a sewer. It seems the only time people respond is when it hits there pocket. She has disrespected me continuously regarding this matter and even threw a shovel or two of her mess towards my tenants pantry window.
