Description
I just wanted to confirm that there are no regulations governing how high a plan canopy needs to be over a sidewalk? For example, if someone has a tree overhanging a sidewalk with it's branches at 5 feet high (making anyone over 5 feet tall of having an umbrella need to duck), is that not a violation? Though not a tree, the shrubbery at this property creates the same effect.
