- What is the problem with the traffic signal: [Other] Please explain: [It's not quite at the address -- that's where my office is. When coming off the Pike, at Congress Street, the right turn light doesn't work. I believe we should be able to take a right there, but it's confusing with a no right turn sign that I believe goes with the people coming on the ramp to the right of the westbound Pike exit. Please check it out and if there can be a right turn from the Pike onto Congress, move the sign to the other side of the ramp to the right and fix the right turn light. If not, then put no right turn signs on both sides of the ramp (add one to the left of the ramp) and remove the right turn light that hangs down from the overhead light altogether, or add a no right turn sign to the bottom of the traffic light to make it clear.] What kind of pole is it: [Over the Street Pole]
