- Problem: [Caller says there is a staircase on the side of 5211 Washington street which does not have a light, and many people use drugs there, and then hang out around the neighborhood. Says because there is no light it is incredibly dark, and believes that a light on that staircase will help with this problem, and was told to call and request a light by the BPD community service officer. the light is on Overlook Rd - stairway runs from overlook rd to Washington St.. Remove 175 Mercury light and change to 37-39 LED and tip towards stairway]
